ADP E-Time Basic User Tutorial Web-clocking Employee
ADP E-Time Tutorial Outline Tasks covered in this tutorial: Ø Logging In Ø Clocking in and Out Ø Submitting PTO Requests
ADP Portal: Logging In Ø Log in via the main ADP portal – In the Acelero Desktop, use the “EZ-Labor / e. Time” link from the menu – OR go directly to the ADP portal at https: //portal. adp. com/ and click “User login”
ADP E-Time: Logging In Ø From the home screen in the portal, click the “Enterprise ETime Gateway” Link in the “Welcome” text box. Ø You may have more than one E-Time gateway option listed (example: Java and HTML). Webclocking employees should use the HTML version. Ø This will take you into the E-Time System!
Clocking In and Out Once you log in, click “Record Time Stamp” to clock in or clock out. That’s all you need to do!
Accessing Your Information To Access your personal account or request time off, select the Home option at the top-right of the screen
Accessing Your Information You will see a screen that looks like this – click on the option that you would like to see.
Requesting Time Off To Request Time Off, click on “My Requests” You will be taken to a calendar-format screen, with current schedule information visible. Pay attention to the “Time Period” drop-down – use this drop down to find the right time period.
Requesting PTO: Selecting Days Step 1: Select the time period you would like to see (and request time in) here! Step 2: ALL employees who do not typically get paid on a full 8 -hour per day schedule should use the specify time off option.
Requesting PTO: Submitting Requests Step 3: Request time off For “Specify Time Off” - Select a date -Select a start time -Duration is measured in hours - Multiple days must be requested separately! Once days / hours are selected: - Add a note -Click submit! Clicking Submit will send your request to your manager – they will receive an email and a note in their E -Time message box.
