The Business Transformation and Support Department – Brian Lindgren/Elaine Crandall DRAFT Value Proposition: The Business Transformation and Support Team will contribute to the development of CSUCI by empowering employees, enhancing business competencies, and foster leadership. We will leverage the deep talents, sense of purpose, and creativity that already exists in CSUCI and combine them with a common (but not single) business framework. Herein lies the opportunity to impact the future. Using an end-to-end approach, we can create world-class business operations, learn to utilize data as a guide to institutional wisdom, improve policy compliance, and honor the biggest asset we have at CSUCI – each other.

Efficiencies include both cost avoidance, cost savings and time savings through improved processes. ”
