COMMUTED LEAVE o CAN BE AVAILED ONLY WITH MEDICAL CERTIFICATE o ADMISSIBLE LIMIT IS 1/2 THE H. P. L. AT CREDIT o IF THE G. S. INTENDS TO RETIRE, EXCEPT DUE TO ILLNESS, ON EXPIERY OF COMMUTED LEAVE, IT WILL BE CONVERTED TO H. P. L.
