Summery � The Element of Service process changes. � The Implementation of integrated Document Management System at Office. �This system effectively stores the students records of the result like certificates and mark sheets etc. �It comes with the integrated DMS which facilitates the meta data searching and tagging the records of the students for all 23 batches passed out. �Centralized access to respective users for the better control. �The DMS system was successfully implemented on 2015 at VAMNICOM, Pune for PGDM Students.
Awareness �RANK : 3 �The awareness about the exact system outline and design was not known. �Partial information was shared many times but not through the proper communication channel �Only respective officials are involved, concerning of other higher officials was not considered. �The orders of the Director were considered every time, but the staff members were reluctant to change.
Desire �Rank. 3 �The employees shown reluctance to change so very less desire to adopt the change. �Personal motivation of departmental authorities have initiated support
Knowledge �How to change : 4 �The activity was divided in to pre. Analysis, Installation and post installation Phases. �Pre-Analysis staff was identified and handover the complete manual of the pre analysis of records of students � Actual installation was carried out with lot of technical disparities as compatibility problem aroused many time. �Post installation phase has training and development of the People…It triggered for the learning agenda and motivation among the people
Ability �Rank: 5 �The ability to implement the change is very high as far as the technical and adaptation skills of staff was concerned. �Barriers for change implementation lies on the Technical Infrastructural queries but at last get resolved.
Re inforcement �Rank: 5 �The use of DMS was practiced at larger canvas for all the details. �So motivated employees helped to keep the system enforced for all the purposes �
