Guidance for annual report: Appendix When using appendices, be sure to refer to them in the report n Include copy of evaluation plan in the appendix n
Annual report Suggested length of report: between 30 – 50 pages n Report will have to be resubmitted if it does not provide enough detail n Use plain text formatting tools (capitol letters to set of section, outline) n Sample reports n Due Monday July 30, 2007 n
