Task Force Overview Goal: Build a plan for next 12 weeks. 1. Weekend Production – living room, campus inclusion, streaming & moderation, Good Friday/Easter 2. Groups – move as many online as possible, update web, train volunteers, track engagement. 3. Research Team – assimilate best info on virus, steal ideas from churches and business. 4. Social Media – create best practices document, cross-train staff, clarify channels and map content. 5. Pastoral Care – heat map members, train staff on hospice/hospital/grief counseling, establish virtual First Connection & membership. 6. Kids Ministry – move all kids programming and resources online, create virtual milestones.
