Adam and Eve What It was Eden like before the fall? was Beautiful Eden had lots of good food There was no pain or sickness There was no death Adam and Eve were friends with the animals

Adam and Eve Both Adam and Eve were CREATED by God. That means they were made out of nothing. Only God can create things out of nothing. God created Adam and Eve with a body and a soul. Their soul made them different from the animals.

Adam and Eve In the garden of Eden, Adam and Eve had many gifts. The most important of the gifts was the gift of immortality, which means that they could live forever; they never had to die. They eventually would go to heaven and be happy with God forever.

Harmony in Eden Adam and Eve had perfect harmony in the garden of Eden. This means that there was no fighting or sadness. Everyone and everything got along with each other. Even the animals got along with each other and with humans!

Adam’s Jobs Adam was given some jobs by God. Adam had to name all the animals. He also had to take care of them. Adam was given the job to care for the garden.

Stewardship Adam was to be a good steward of everything God had created. A steward is someone who is in charge of someone else’s property. We also must be good stewards of creation. Can you think of ways we can take care of God’s creation?

Grace God gave Adam and Eve his own life in their souls! God’s own life in us is called grace. With the gift of grace, Adam and Eve could know, serve, and love God with all their minds and heart. It was easy for them to be good and do the right thing.

Grace God gave Adam and Eve a mission when he created them. Their mission was to become saints and live with God forever in heaven. To reach this goal, they had to know, love and serve God with all their hearts, minds, and souls.

Grace If a person does not have grace in their soul, they can’t get into heaven. Grace is very important!!

Grace When you were born, you did not have grace in your soul, so you were not God’s child and His friend yet. A person gets grace in their soul by being Baptized. When you are baptized, you become God’s child and His friend.
