Creating online training • Identify content • Know your outcomes: what are you trying to do? • Be strategic: online training allows for topics to be broken apart and combined as needed without typical time constraints. • Create video (e. g. , Camtasia) • Use an outline or script. • Use a microphone. • Limit date-specific items. • Software like Camtasia, along with a microphone, will allow for better video and audio. • Upload video (e. g. , You.
