Support � 85% of the training received has been in the form of “cheat sheets” and 46% said face-toface � Staff stated that there are very few directions within the template system
Technology � Currently previous authors use Smart. Boards, Power. Points, videos, and LCD projectors when delivering face-to-face training. � 85% of the authors surveyed considered themselves advanced or expert users of MS Word and Power. Point, but most rated themselves as less than proficient in the use of other tools.
