All the following will vary in individuals – Strength, flexibility, endurance levels, speed and power, age, somatotype, physical ability, experience, motivation, gender

Activity needs will vary between different activities because they will all place varying demands on the performer • Competitive activities require performers to be highly committed as they need to train to compete. This might mean training every day and sessions may even be broken down into fitness training and skill training, for example……. . If a performer is a professional competitor they will concentrate on their particular activity full time.
