Civil Infrastructure: Description of the Jetty • • • Located west of the main breakwater of Vasiliko Port at a distance of 1. 3 km Runs offshore in a N. S. direction for 750 m and turns (220 o. N) S. W. for 436 m to form FSRU berth Future extension by another 300 m for an LNG Carrier is foreseen 4 Breasting Dolphins & 8 Mooring Dolphins Central loading/unloading platform: (30*40*1. 5)m at +8. 00 (MSL) Trestle is 14 m wide with pile caps on vertical steel pipe piles at 20 m interval Pile caps support a 5 m roadway & 9 m pipe rack, to accommodate cryogenic (LNG) and NG pipes Expansion Loops at about 250 m distance Depth at the inner berth: 15 -18 m(LAT) Depth at the outer berth: 22 m (LAT) Rubble mound revetment construction
