Active Duty Behavior Health Utilization: Fort Bragg compared to Fort Hood Active Duty Behavior Health Utilization: 2011 to 2012 3, 50 Utilization Rate 3, 00 2, 50 2, 00 DARNALL AMCFT. HOOD WOMACK AMCFT. BRAGG 1, 50 1, 00 0, 50 0, 00 2011 2012 Years 2013 Conclusions - Fort Bragg active duty 1 Soldiers have utilized almost three times the amount of behavior health over the past three years. - Fort Bragg, with a similar active duty patient demographic, could benefit to compare Fort Hood best practices to their own. Limitations - The above analysis does not describe where (what sub-clinics) care was received. - The analysis also could be skewed and not represent an accurate picture if any of the encounters encompass redeployment (behavior health) mandatory visits. For example, if Fort Hood experienced multiple redeployments in the past three years and all Soldiers were mandated to undergo one behavior health session, then results would show Fort Hood as encounter heavy compared to Fort Bragg, if Fort Bragg either experienced less deployments or did not document their redeployment behavior health encounters as actual encounters for behavior health but under a different descriptor.

The Fort Hood base Commander has enacted policy number 53 -1, which make all Tetris breaks illegal. Tetris Command, a sub command of DARPA (Defense Advance Research Project Agency), suggests that the Hood Commander reinstate Tetris utilization immediately in light of this comparison and additional data collected by DARPA.
