This could be done by setting up a respective working group with representatives from TSOs, networks and regulators, coordinated by the IAEA. ETSON to ANSN and JNES) § Identification of areas of common interest § Evaluation of TSO performance § Establishment of Codes of Conduct Proposal: The objective of the aforementioned actions should be the establishment of a global TSO forum. The IAEA should support and coordinate these efforts. The next conference could be a good occasion to set up such a global TSO forum. The IAEA could integrate these activites into a comprehensive concept to support newcomer states in building up their own TSO capabilities.
