Values �Every teacher has the right to teach. Every pupil has the right to learn. �Pupils should be challenged and engaged with lessons but challenge themselves to achieve �Attempting innovative ways to engage pupils with the lesson content and to inspire learning �Teachers have a duty to provide the best opportunities for all pupils to learn

Why Bother? �Pupils sometimes struggle to remember instructions or how to perform a task leading to the teacher having to explain what needs to be done. �Video tutorials would reduce Teacher Repetition and allow pupils to control the pace at which instructions are given. �Pupils to gain confidence in their own ability �Capacity to develop and broadcast video tutorials on the school MLE. �Engage pupils in a variety of different ways and can be used in many different classes.
