Students’ scores will not be cancelled if testing begins after 9: 00 a. m. §Test Start Time ØVerbal instructions must begin no later than 9: 00 a. m. in all testing rooms. Test Materials §Place the School Header, Testing Irregularity Report(s), Supervisor’s Comment Form, and students’ completed answer documents for standard testing and accommodated testing that are secure in the Tyvek envelope that is placed in the plastic polymailer bag(s) with pre-paid Fed. Ex label that has been affixed on the bag(s) §Return all ACT test materials (Refer to slide 10) §Leave sealed polymailer bag(s) in supervised secure area of the school for regular pickup. If your school does not have a Fed. Ex account that provides a regular pickup, take the polymailer bag(s) to the local Fed. ACT Tests: Preparing Schools and Students For Success Additional Information College and Career Readiness Initiative Update for SY 2015 -2016 The Department’s three year contract with ACT ends on June 30, 2015. Therefore, the Assessment Section staff will be generating a new Request for Proposal (RFP) so that interested testing contractors can submit their proposals for a new contract which must include a set of College and Career Readiness tests for grades 8 -11 that will be implemented beginning in 2015 -2016. 25
