Bridge to Employment: BTE ▪ BTE: Overview – Partners Bound Brook High School students with RVCC & Janseen of Johnson & Johnson – Began in 2017 -2018 with a 3 year cohort of 30 Class of 2020 students – Requires and encourages students to enroll in dual high school/college credit courses – Assists students with application to 2 & 4 year colleges – Offers post-secondary opportunities to students ▪ Scholarships ▪ Career networking ▪ Pathways to Success Post-Secondary Program – Application based national program with fhi 360 – 10 BBHS students accepted – Began program in summer of 2019 – Networking for students with college and career events: domestic and international
