All of the documents will have to be provided to the RAO during the transportation audit.

Each coach must have their own certificate.

Call (R-Atoka) requires the State Department of Education annually publish on its website a report listing all increases in wages, salaries, rates of pay or fringe benefits and any changes to job class, excluding job classes that did not result in an increase of pay. HB 2259 by Rep. Dell Kerbs (R-Shawnee) specifies that teachers of children under 18 must report to the DHS Hotline suspected child abuse or neglect immediately upon discovery of the abuse or neglect. For students 18 and older, teachers should report suspected abuse or neglect directly to local law enforcement.

The measure appropriates $2. 9 billion for Common Education -- a $480 million increase over the current year's education budget. • HB 3152 by Rep. Jeff Coody (R-Lawton) and Sen. Paul Scott (RDuncan) allows local school board candidates or board members to be related within the second degree by affinity or consanguinity to any employee of the school district governed by the board if the school district has an ADM of less than 400 and the school board has previously adopted a policy stating such a candidate or board member does not attend or participate in any regular or executive session of the board held to consider any personnel matter or litigation relating to the school district employee.

S. naturalization test. It also requires the subject matter standards for U. S. Government to include an emphasis on civics. • SB 1198 by Sen. Gary Stanislawski (R-Tulsa) and Rep. Tammy West (R-Bethany) reauthorizes the Public School Classroom Support Revolving Fund income tax checkoff to benefit education. It brings in about $25, 000 each year, which the SDE uses to award grants to classroom teachers for materials, supplies and equipment.
