What is AIS § Two or more interrelated components designed to achieve the organization’s goals (e. g. Order-to -Cash, Performance Management, Knowledge Management, Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain, HR…) § Collects, records, stores and processes data to produce information for decision makers. § Enterprise system is a better way to describe this. 4
