METHODS • Cross-sectional telephone survey of a 20% random sample, stratified by county of FPACT clinics (n=331) • Classified counties using the 2013 Urban-Rural Classification Scheme (National Center for Health Statistics). • 46/331 clinics excluded due to: • Clinic was closed • Staff unaware of FPACT on 2 occasions 0% Plan B Large Central Metro Counties Pop: >1, 000 + central city (i. e.
