All discussions, including the solicitation and Q&A is subject to modification or cancellation as the Acquisition Strategy and RFP have not yet been approved • The draft solicitation is not a formal request for proposal and does not commit the Government to procure any goods or services. Requirement • ETSC provides training and advisory assistance in military related fields to strengthen the Warfighter's skills required to successfully perform mission requirements and bolster U. S. foreign relations and national security objectives. • ETSC provides exercise support to the Army and partner nations to ensure the effectiveness of training readiness of current and future operations. • ETSC provides Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support of non-standard training aids and ancillary equipment to ensure the long term effectiveness of U.
