Advising Tips for Success • UTK bridge students are REQUIRED to meet with their Pellissippi advisor for their entire time with us. Self-advising can be a disaster! • All students wanting to transfer should be in communication with the 4 year school to verify all classes. They are ultimately the BOSS! • The more you can figure out before your advising appointment regarding school of choice, major, work schedule and commitments, the easier and quicker your appointment will be. • BE PROACTIVE on getting a schedule to have a choice on times and days.
