Address Updates • Thanks for getting those lists in by the deadline! • 80% Response Rate before the deadline. • Please still send in the address updates if you have not done so already.

It’s such a long list… • Parish office volunteers • Break the list into section • Send updates on a regular basis as you receive them

Moving on to ACA 2021 • Great job to parishes for double checking reports! • Clean reports are easy to process!

Mistakes to Avoid • Use the 2021 Report, not the 2020! • Write ID’s when possible • Make sure to write check for the correct amount • Forward reports to Diocese in a timely manner, especially towards the end of the year

About those tax receipts… • The Diocese chooses to send thank you tax letters to donors- regardless of amount • Important to receive donations as soon as possible • December 31 st is a Thursday this year…
