Abduction An Alien Abduction Game
Alien Abduction Game Our game is centred around our hero/heroine who has been the victim of serial alien abduction by an advanced race of aliens who have become so clever that they have discarded their bodies and have only their brains remaining. This time, however, our hero/heroin has come forearmed to deal with the menacing brains.
Objective of the Game The objective of our game is for the hero/heroine to progress through each of the rooms of the spaceship, picking up a key for the door to each room. The hero/heroine plans to finally confront the oversized super brain that inhabits the main control room of the alien craft.
Style of the game Our game will be humorous in approach and the supposedly very clever alien brains are shown to be not very bright even though they glow. Visually, the game will be classic sci-fi and the final screen will feature a talking brain, which should be entertaining. There will be an opening screen and finishing screen that will feature state of the art graphics.
Layout of the game The game will consist of three rooms in which the alien guards will attempt thwart our hero/heroine. In the final room an over sized super brain awaits the final confrontation that will set our hero/heroine free. The nature of this confrontation is a closely kept secret.

Programming We have decided as a group to use our own Action script 3. 0 programme which will feature character movement, collision detection and interfacing with our game controller. Further elements may be developed as we progress through the project.
