KINETIC CITY AFTERSCHOOL • Kinetic City After School is a Web-based out-of-school learning experience

KINETIC CITY AFTERSCHOOL • Kinetic City After School is a Web-based out-of-school learning experience for children playing on their own or in teams within existing after school programs. • At its core is an interactive story in which children perform Standards-based science activities to save a virtual world from the ravages of a computer virus that deletes science information.

ONLINE ADVANTAGES • The internet allows us to deliver a polished entertainment experience without requiring Hollywood as an intermediary. • Children can participate in the experience, rather than just view or hear it. • The experience can be customized by each user, allowing children to learn at their own pace and follow their own path. • We can create and distribute a huge amount of material at low cost.
