Conclusion A system is being constructed in which: 1) A quadrupole will be centered on a wire to 10 microns 2) The wire will be located relative to tooling balls to 15 microns 3) All tooling balls will be located to 10 microns The overall fiducialization accuracy in x and y will be better than 25 microns. The magnet pitch and yaw will be smaller than 1 mrad. More tests need to be done: repeatability, no bias, etc. October 20, 2005 Quadrupole Fiducialization Procedure Zack Wolf 11 wolf@slac. stanford. edu
