Stop Motion Picture Animation technique that manipulates a physical object so that during the film it appears to move on it’s own The object is slightly moved between each photographed frame giving the illusion that is is moving when the frames are played at a fast pace First instance of stop motion technique was made in 1898 by Albert E.
