Ruthi’s mom brought a present: Hooray! balloon A for every child.
For Ruti - a blue balloon For Sigalit -a purple balloon For Ron- a yellow balloon For Uri - a green balloon For Alon - a red balloon. All the balloons and all the children went out for a walk.
Uri was happy. He ran and jumped. He threw the balloon up high. Up And down. Up and down. The balloon fell on a rose bush. All of a sudden… pop! bang! What happened? The balloon popped, the balloon burst. Please Uri – don’t get upset! we’ll get you another balloon.
The kids met Ron’s dad. Ron was glad and said: Dad, blow up the yellow balloon! Make it big – as big as your head! As big as… the sun!! Dad blew up the balloon… blew… and blew…
All of a sudden… pop! bang! What happened? The balloon popped, the balloon burst. Don’t get upset Roni-Ron! That’s what happens to all balloons.
The children met Mitzi -Sigalit’s kitty. Sigalit reached over to pet Mitzi… Mitzi grabbed Sigalit’s purple balloon. Rolled it forward and back… forward and back. She scratched the balloon with her claws.
All of a sudden… pop! bang! What happened? The balloon popped, the balloon burst. Don’t get upset Sigalit! It also happened to Ron. That’s what happens To all balloons.
The purple balloon popped The yellow balloon popped And the green balloon did too. Only two balloons were left: A blue balloon for ruthi, A red balloon for Alon.
Ruthi was afraid that her balloon will pop too… She hugged the blue balloon like hugging a doll Like hugging mommy…
All of a sudden… pop! bang! What happened? The balloon popped, the balloon burst. Don’t get upset Ruthi! That’s what happened to Ron too. That’s what happens to balloons.
There was only one balloon left a red balloon – Alon’s balloon. All of a sudden… a strong wind blew – taking away the red balloon, Taking it up higher and higher to the clouds.
Alon waved his hands and shouted : Good bye! Red balloon! All the children were standing, waving their hands and calling out loud to the sky: Good bye! Red balloon!
