So what is the impact of the National Strategic Plan on Regions and Chapters?

So what is the impact of the National Strategic Plan on Regions and Chapters? The NAWIC Board has a responsibility to the entire association to provide overall guidance and direction to Regions and chapters. While this Strategic Plan helps set the agenda for what National itself needs to accomplish, it’s also a guide to help all members understand where the association is headed. Every region and chapter still needs to do their own planning, just like any successful company or construction project. But in the end, ALL planning, whether national, regional or chapter, must always point to and support NAWIC’s core purpose… To enhance the success of women in the construction industry!
