TÜV NORD As safety against dust explosions, Filcon Filtration filters have been tested and approved for their pressure-shock resistance by TÜV Nord. (According to VDI 2263).

SPOT FILTERS • Filcon Filtration Spot Filters: The ideal solution for dust removal direct from one dust source, or from different dust sources with distances in between. The spot filters are available with a number of bags varying from 3 to 15 pcs, and filter areas from 1. 5 to 15 m 3. Surface treatment in galvanized, powder-enameled in RAL 5015, or stainless steel execution. The spot filters are applicable for horizontal installation – e. g. above a conveyor belt, a redler, a chain conveyor, or a bin -, as well as vertical installation – e. g. on elevators.

FILTERS FOR ASPIRATION OF INTAKE PITS • The flexible Filcon Filtration intake-pit filter modules are built together as a wall, adaptable to existing as well as newly built intake pits. Dust aspiration from intake pits requires large airflows and efficient filters. • Adapable to any size of intake pit • Low pressure drop • No rotary valve • No dust transport • Simple and low-cost mounting • Functioning even if the intake pit is overfilled

LOW CHEMICAL CONSUMPTIONS • Low A/C ratio • Intelligent cleaning system • Good injection method of lime/PAC
