Criteria Committee Consolidated Funding Application Endorsement Standards • Standards that form the basis for whether or not the Council will endorse a CFA proposal. • Applies only to applicants who apply for grants from State agencies. • Council endorsement will comprise 20% of each agency’s total scoring of a project. • Council to determine justification for assigning score “spreads”. • Categories and Maximum Points consistent for all Councils Regional Economic Development Councils 2011

Criteria Committee Priority Initiative Selection Criteria • Criteria used to identify priority projects, programs, policies and actions central to achieving the region's plan. • Applied to all initiatives reviewed by the Council, regardless of potential funding source. • Criteria may be either quantitative or qualitative. • Begin with the results of the break-out sessions at the last Council meeting. • Not limited to money (CFA).
