Main Method – To Achieve customers’ initialized goals and to confirm the domain of the goals; – According to the way of the domain’s management and organization, we should ask “HOW” question that how the initialized goals are managed and organized in the domain? We can refine the initialized goals by “AND” link according to this question. – To score each rule in the domain to estimate the correlation for those goals, and to insert the rules whose score are nonzero to a list descendingly. – We ask “HOW” questions based on the rules of the rule list seriatim that how each rule should meet subgoals, and refine them by “AND” link or “OR” link. We should try our best to refine those subgoals by formal goal refinement patterns that can be proved correct and complete once for all. – According to the restriction of human’s behavior in the domain, we take the assignment of subgoals’ agents into account, and optimize those refinement steps whose assignment of agents are irrationality.

Example • We should construct a query system of scheduled flight. Passengers require that system should return all results to passengers and system should deal with multi-requirement at the same time, when they provide the start, destination and leave time.
