How to start Magic-LMS - GPRS Locate Magic-LMS Open the Applications folder (Depending on the make & model of your handset, this may be some other folder such as Installations in Nokia E-63)

New Lead How to Create a New Lead 1. Enter the Name of the prospect 2. Enter the Lead Start Date 3. Enter the Date of Birth and Age of the prospect 4. Select the Gender of the prospect 5. Select the Lead Source 6. Enter the name of person who Referred, if applicable 7. Enter the Expected Single Premium 8. Enter the Expected Regular Premium
How to add an Activity You can add activities of leads here Click on this button to add an activity
Enter activity date Enter type of activity For example – Telephone call or direct visit Enter status after activity For example – If lead is interested - Active Enter details of next activity For example – Next meeting with lead
Select the stage which you have covered For example if you have started a discussion select – Discussion Initiated (DI)
Active Concept Presented Select the appropriate concept which you have presented to the lead For example – If you have presented the concept of Bima Parivar to the lead, select – Bima Parivar
Next Activity Purpose List the next activity you need to perform. For example if you need to fix an appointment(APT), select To fix Appointment (APT)
Submit Activity Menu You can submit the activity details entered by you.

For quick access you have the option of filtering leads on the basis of different stages
Sort your leads on the basis of various parameters such as discussion initiated, insurance need created etc.
Get details of those customers who require follow-up after the initial discussion initiated stage
Track stage wise outcome of your progress with regards to leads For example, in the current view you can see that lead Priyanka has signed the proposal form and now few other steps are remaining.
Funnel Analysis of leads in different stages. For example how many prospects are in cheque collection stage, underwriting stage etc.
Alerts Set alerts for various activities For example- Setting an alert for a meeting with a prospect with whoom you have taken an appointment with him for Sunday
