-To qualify for Family Expectations you must: -Be 18 years old or older -Be expecting or just had a baby in the last 3 months -In a committed relationship with your baby’s other parent
To qualify for True Dads you must: -Be 18 years or older -Have a child 12 years old or younger -Have someone you parent with that is willing to participate with you
To qualify for Move Forward Move Up you must: -Be 18 -24 years old -Have been justice-involved (or currently) -Live in OKC or the metro area -Be unemployed or looking for a better job
SNAP Employment & Training Program To qualify you must: -Have SNAP benefits in Oklahoma, Canadian, or Cleveland County
BENEFITS OF WORK READY OKLAHOMA • Gain new SKILLS • Get HELP finding and applying for good jobs • Get a good/better JOB • Get a CERTIFICATION through vocational training • Get SUPPORT to finish what they start!

SUPPORT SERVICES EDUCATORS: WHAT THEY DO • Lead dynamic workshops • Lead small group activities to generate learning discussions NAVIGATORS: WHAT THEY DO • Help participants navigate their employment and training process • Support, motivate and encourage participants to find the right job, get the job and keep the job • Help to remove barriers to employment and provide resources

WORK READINESS WORKSHOPS One week of activities to: • • • Learn how to stand out Gain the skills employers want Build your resume Become stronger at interviews Learn how to move from a job into a career Workshop Hours: • Work. Forward: Mon-Fri 9: 00 am – 12: 00 pm Or • Work. Forward: Mon-Fri 12: 30 pm – 3: 30 pm Work. Forward Express: Digital, virtual workshop content that can be completed in video modules and finished in one week. Modules can be completed at any time and participants still have access to their support team on a regular basis.
PAID Vocational Training Participants have the opportunity to select a Short-Term Training (1 Day to 9 weeks) • Classes offered at Career Tech Schools such as Metro Tech or Francis Tuttle • Examples include: • CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy • Microsoft Excel, Word, or Powerpoint • Forklifting, Welding • Many More… • Requires full attendance in the workshop sessions
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS: WHAT THEY DO • Build relationships with employers in the community • Find jobs based on who is hiring, partnerships, and what’s going on in the community. • Work with anyone who REALLY wants a job! RESOURCE CENTER ACCESS • Resource center is a quiet place with access to computers and assistance • Search and apply for jobs • Access online tools for learning support • Get one-on-one help from the Employment Development team
SUPPORT Participants will receive additional support for up to 90 days after they find employment. This includes: • Access to a Navigator • Opportunities to attend WROK partner Hiring Events • Help with planning to advance their career • Assistance with work clothing, equipment or transportation as needed
