Challenging times carve out new learning opportunities Preventive measures taken by Tata Coffee § Covid-19 Awareness meeting was conducted for all employees. Provided masks and sanitizers in all sections. All meetings and trainings were cancelled after 18 th of March-20 to enforce Social March-May’ 20: Distancing § We ensured the supply of provisions and other essential goods through Tata Coffee stores to our estates and community § The Rural India Health project marked two rooms as isolated wards to treat COVID-19 cases § Differently abled children of Swastha, volunteered to stitch head gear and masks for the Medical Professionals, Frontline Staffs. Face masks/ PPE were also made available for the general public at subsidized prices 2

Tata Coffee Vietnam Company Limited 2 • • • The facility certifications are fully aligned with Customer requirements and ensures Food Safety and Quality Tata Coffee had set-up a state-of-the-art Freeze-Dried Instant Coffee facility in Vietnam. It is our first off-shore project which began commercial production in 19 -20 The plant successfully reached its peak capacity within 6 months of being set-up The facility has a unique integrated Pilot Plant that supports new blend development and co-creation with the customer 8

EOC released two new lines namely Barista Blends and Flavors of America.
