In this process: o User can easily select the person who is responsible on behalf of him/her to access and respond to assignee tasks. o Select a specific period of time for delegation. o Once user A delegates his tasks to user B, user B can access all the tasks in the inbox of user A. o User A still is able to open his inbox and respond to the assignee tasks by himself. o A notification email will be sent to both users and inform them about this delegation. ©Pars. In this case below rules will be applied: o On-behalf should be implemented in one collapsible section including one check box and one text box to search AD and add one user in it o So it implicitly means that user B must already exist in AD (except than user creation form) o Based on the business rules on each process the approval will be either based on user A who fills the request or user B who the request is submitted on behalf of. o If user A request a service for user B and he (user A) is still in approval process it should be automatically approved on his (user A) side (This is same as general rule applied in approval process which says when a user submit a request and it requires his/her approval, the approval should be passed automatically. ) ©Pars.
