Procedure Upon learning of an employee termination, the general manager or, where applicable, the office manager takes the following steps: 1. Get an Employment Separation Checklist form from MMI Team Site. 2. Complete the Employment Separation Checklist, completing and assigning all of the tasks required by the checklist. 3. Attach the completed checklist to the termination Personnel Action Form. 4. Submit the termination documents to the general manager for approval.
