600 V IGBTs for HYBRID AND ELECTRIC VEHICLES The AUIRGP 66524 D 0 and AUIRGF 66524 D 0 automotive-qualified 600 V IGBTs are optimized for small auxiliary motor drive applications including air conditioning compressors for electric and hybrid vehicles.
