Students 40% kurbanovsky@jcisd. t xed. net Conference Time: 2: 44 - 3: 35 Required Materials : ★ Minor: Daily Homework Quizzes Mrs. Urbanovsky Major: Assessments 60% Classroom Rules : Have what you need at your desk. Be seated and working when the tardy bell rings. 2. Leave our classroom neat and organized. 3. Respect the people, equipment, and furnishings in our classroom. 4. Allow others to learn. 5. Turn in work on time. Remember the 6 P’s: Be Prompt, Positive, Prepared, Productive, Polite, and Proud! Late Work: ● 1 day late –the assignment will be graded on a maximum scale of 90 ● 2 days late –the assignment should be graded on a maximum scale of 80 ● 3 days late –the assignment should be graded on a maximum scale of 70 ● No work will be accepted AFTER 3 days and a grade of zero will be given. Makeup Work: Students are responsible for completing all assignments due to an absence. It is his/her responsibility to get any notes or assignments missed in class the day of the absence. Students WILL be held responsible for the information covered on the day(s) missed. All students will have a minimum of one day for each day of absence to complete make-up work due. Redoing & Correcting Assignments/Assessments Below 75% : Any minor failing assignments can be redone for a maximum grade of 75%, but it must be completed within 2 days. Any major failing grade can be corrected or retested within 4 days. This is all at the discretion of the teacher and tutorials may be required. Talk with us! Tutoring : We are available for tutoring in the morning starting at 7: 40 am until the first bell, unless on duty. All other outside tutoring can be arranged individually with us.
