Video Analysis Why is this useful? • It allows you to watch your own performances see you can see what you’re doing good and bad. • Video can be viewed over and over again and also in slow motion to ensure evaluations are accurate. • Playback and slow motion are particularly useful in fast continuous activities where it is difficult to assess all shots.
Video Analysis Why is this useful? • You can get a teacher/coach to watch over your performance to help you identify strengths and weaknesses. • Video is paused and slowed down to closely identify problems with technique (PAR Analysis).
