Mission Statement � My mission is to make a difference in the lives of others by sharing my life experiences and knowledge through sports. To be happy and to be part of making other people happy as well. I will do this by working continuously with people on and off the field. I will get out in the community and strive to change lives, and impact others. The greatest fulfillment of all is being worthy of the respect and admiration of family, friends, business associates, and all the people of the community.
Vision Statement � I will become a well known coach in the coaching world. Doing things like no other coaches have done before, using their inspiration, but in my own style. I want to become the next inspiring coach, who is a role model to all and not just for coaching but what I do in life, giving back, volunteering, and turning teenagers into adults and readying them for the real world when they leave me. Creating a relationship with these players that lasts well after coaching them.

Coaching College � � � Offseason dedication to the girls Workout program, to strengthen, condition, and volleyball skills Open gyms with the girls to get them more competitive Recruiting a whole new type of player Leadership skills, being able to hook recruits for the purpose of the coaches and the program Develop a relationship that lasts with my players past just coaching them � � � � Design a workout Do the workout with the girls Be available to help when they need Research the internet for workouts Talk to other coaches for ideas Show a passion Getting myself out thereto meet recruits Dedicated to go to watch recruits Learning from the head coach what should and shouldn’t be said to recruits Using my personality getting to know the girls Knowing how to treat the girls with respect Trust I provide to the girls On the court and off the court relationship
