4 - T Holdings An update from CEO, Jeffrey Yarosz – While these additional projects are amazing business opportunities - and exceeding our initial expectations – they do require more labor, growers and farmers. Fortunately, our reputation has grown in Southern Oregon and has led to many skilled farmers and growers wanting to partner with us. This is owed to our recently acquired machinery (our custom planting and custom harvesting are cutting edge – see Assets slide), stellar reputation and management team. We have mechanized a manual industry and still preserved the integrity of the product. The majority of our competition is either manual and slower or larger and more disruptive to the end product. Additionally, our feminized seed genetics that include the “unicorn of canniboids”, CBG will propel our revenue higher than we originally projected! We believe the prices illustrated previously will hold at this level for no more than a few years. This is an exiting and lucrative time in this cutting edge industry – we hope you’ll come along for the ride! Our revenue is only restricted by the money we commit today to our farms. Our valuation will increase once our clones and seeds are in the ground and the plants are veg’ing. Thank you for your investment and interest. It’s time to plant!

Glossary of Terms • Boax Seed – Boax is a very popular strain of hemp. Most of the exotic strains we are seeing now involve crossings with this strain. This is a hemp OG, Original. Its lineage is derived from Hindu Kush and Otto cannabis strains. • Biomass – Hemp Biomass refers to bulk hemp dried plant material intended for processing to produce hemp crude oil, extracts, fibre, bast and other components. 4 -T Holdings biomass will be comprised mostly of flower. Our waste will be mostly stalks and the leaves. They can be used in alternative ways, most commonly as energy fuel, feed, compost, insulation and concrete. Another term for the ‘waste’ products of hemp are the byproducts. However, some producers still use it to extract hemp oils, CBD distillate, and CBD isolate. • CBD Flower – CBD flower is sourced from the hemp plant and is non-psychoactive (below 0. 3% THC). It’s a great and versatile product for people that need or prefer a low THC level. • CBG – CBG is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid, meaning it doesn’t produce the “highs” that are synonymous with THC. Because it is present in low levels (usually less than 1%) in most cannabis strains, CBG is considered a minor cannabinoid. CBG is known to be a sort of “primal cannabinoid” and is the mother and building block for what later becomes THC and CBD. In tests, CBG exhibits anti-microbial and anti-carcinogenic properties. As a painkiller, studies have shown that it has even greater therapeutic potential than THC. • Clones – Clones are only taken from the female hemp plants. These produce CBD rich flowers without the risk of pollination and going to seed. It also helps insure you know the quality of the product you are growing. • Feminized seed – By removing the guesswork of germinating regular seeds, feminized seeds streamline the growing process, saving space and time because they have been modified to produce only the bud-bearing female plants. By growing with feminized seeds it’s much easier to grow a healthy crop that will produce the mature plants that you want. Current strains that we now have include: Franklin, Wife, Trump, Cherry Wine, Sweeten and Auto 2
