1) Staff recommends that the Board of Adjustment APPROVE legalizing a 17. 9 foot side to street setback for the existing dwelling and; 2) Staff recommends that the Board of Adjustment DENY Case No. 19 -121166 VC request to allow a 7 foot 9 inch side to street setback for the addition. Staff Recommendation Should the Board of Adjustment approve Case No. 19 -121166 VC, staff recommends the request is subject to the following conditions: 1. The proposed addition be constructed in conformance with the site plan on file, identified as Exhibit “A”, and match the existing single-family home in terms of architecture and materials. 2. A Building Permit for the addition shall be acquired within one year of the approval of this request, on or before November 6, 2020.
