Proposal • A UE may assume that antenna ports used for transmissions of SS/PBCH blocks with same index in different half frames recurring with the SS/PBCH block periodicity are quasi-collocated with respect to spatial, average gain and delay parameters. • By default, a UE may not assume that antenna ports used for transmissions of SS/PBCH blocks with different indexes within a same half frame are quasicollocated with respect to spatial, average gain, delay and Doppler parameters.
