How to create first Job • 3 D printable models can be created by using design softwars • By using 3 D scanner.

How to Print • To perform a print, you have create design files having. stl extension in 3 D design software. Then you have to send it to machine software, then you have to convert that file to machine language. The machine reads the file and print it as per instructions. • It lays down successive layers of liquid, powder, paper or sheet material to build the model from a series of cross sections. • These layers, which correspond to the virtual cross sections from the CAD model, are joined or automatically fused to create the final shape. • Printer resolution describes layer thickness and X-Y resolution in dpi (dots per inch), or micrometers. The particles (3 D dots) are around 50 to 100 µm (510 to 250 DPI) in diameter.

Always follow the manufacturer guidelines. There should be good ventilation, Notify others before beginning hazardous work. Once a printing job has been started, do not open the cover safety Keep materials away from the place of food and drink If material can splash while finishing printed job, so wear safety goggles. Wear hand gloves
