24 -27 Sep 2018 Fahud & Lekhwair Hazard Hunt Summary • • The program was well received and supported by the site team. kick off meeting (HH background, objective & deliverables) was attended by ONE 21 L, ONO 9 L, ONO 1 L, ONE 21 F, ONO 9 F, ONO 1 F and main contractors’ representatives (AL Haditha, Najd Al Ahliya, Sayh Al Saryah and STS). The program TOR were clearly highlighted to all and a very positive feedback was received. No significant observations/ findings were noted during the site visits. Majority were repeated , very minor and few of them were tackled/corrected on spots. A total of 9 hazard hunt coaching sessions were conducted to 95 participants from both PDO and Contractors on various aspects/techniques of hazards hunting.
