COMPARE AND CONTRAST Using the notes from your table, write an extended piece Write into your books on the similarities and differences between your two sports officials For example, In basketball and rounders, there are similarities and differences in regards to how the games are played and officiated. One major difference is the number of officials that work during the game. In basketball there are 4 whereas in rounders there are only 2 officials. This is likely to do with the space in which the game is played over and also the amount of movement the officials need to complete to be able to control the game. Both lots of officials need to have knowledge of the rules and be able to control the game for the safety of the players and also to make sure the games are played fairly. A basketball official will make the players aware that they have broken a rule by using a whistle and hand gestures, in most cases the basketball will then be awarded to the other team. RULE CHANGE 21 December 2021
RULE CHANGE - BASKETBALL 21 December 2021 Make the court bigger so the players have to travel and move about more WHY?
