1 If you are creating your pages in Google…documents, photos, etc. must be saved as a. jpg in order to insert them to Google – Google won’t let you insert. pdf documents. 2 You don’t need to create your pages in Google (except for the Table of Contents and the Personal Data Sheet) – you can use MS Word or Publisher. (Whew!) 3 As you complete each page, save them separately (on your desktop or flashdrive) as a. pdf. 4 Any pages created in Google will have to be downloaded as a. pdf document and then retrieved from your downloads folder. 5 Edit your Table of Contents last – you want to make sure that all the pages numbers match with those in your notebook. 6 You can scan independent pages (letters of recommendation, test scores, etc. ) and save them as a. pdf on your desktop/flashdrive – they don’t have to go through Googledocs just to be pulled back out again.

The Personal Data Sheet must be completed in Google Classroom using the template provided. 21 pages total (including the cover sheet) You will save each sheet from Google (or Word) onto your desktop/laptop as a. pdf *Those 21 pages might only be 18 -19. pdf documents (as above) if some of the documents are 2 pages. Just make sure you don’t go over 21 pages total.

You should have 18 (or so) saved. pdf documents on your desktop/flashdrive by the time you get to this point. Link all of your. pdf documents into 1 final. pdf Step 2 - Once each of your finished pages is downloaded as a pdf, you can go to this link and join them as one. Click on UPLOAD FILES…select all 18 (ish). pdf documents. After they have been uploaded, make sure they are in the correct order (if not, you can move them around). Once in order, click JOIN FILES. Using . pdfjoiner *You can name them Sheet 1, Sheet 2, etc…to make sure they are in order. CTRL key

You will save your one linked. pdf to your computer/flashdrive as Final Jeani Hill PAHS Scholarship Notebook 2019 2 steps In this final step you will have to answer some questions, upload a photo, indicate whether or not your name can be on KONP and in the PDN, give the title of your book (and why) and then you will upload your saved Jeani Hill PAHS Scholarship Notebook 2019. pdf and click SUBMIT.
