The Payor Code is tied to your contact information and user information, and must be guarded to ensure privacy. When Will ONRR Request a 4444? ONRR will request a form ONRR-4444 if it receives any of the below: § Return to Sender § Notice to Mailer of correction in address § Change of Address letters and/or card § Notification from reporter of change in address or contact § Information for a new customer Industry Compliance Accurate Revenues & Data Professionalism & Integrity
