2020 Scientific Poster Instructions and Template Please read the instructions regarding your poster submission below carefully. • • • Please use only 1 of the templates below to complete your Poster Do not change the colors of the templates below. Only GNYDM approved color templates will be accepted Do not send multiple drafts, incomplete or unfinished posters, please submit only one final Check all your spelling and grammatical errors before submitting your template. We do not review your poster for spelling or grammatical errors. You may insert photos, graphs, charts in the template Any photos featuring patient faces should conceal their identity No advertising matter, commercial promotion, solicitation, or sales of any type are permitted to be presented. A copy of your poster will be sent to you for approval before it is sent to the printer. If your template will be late, please contact Ms. Kersing Yam, Kersing@gnydm. com Template are due August 14. Please email your poster template in Powerpoint (PPT or PPTX) format to Kersing@gnydm. com. Any other file type, PDF, JPEG, etc. will not be accepted. DO NOT email Power. Point templates over 10 MBs.
