Teams Live Sessions Thursday, May 14, 2020, beginning at 1: 00 p. m. • Welcome • Ellen Laine, JD, MPH Senior Epidemiologist in the Emerging Infections Unit of the MN Dept. of Health will present information regarding the current status of the pandemic and provide information as to conducting election administration activities during these challenging times. • David Maeda, State Elections Director will present any updates of legislation, etc. since the May 5 th Teams Live session. • State Election Staff Members will provide responses to the questions (in categories) that have been gathered from county election administrators through May 12 th. After each category is addressed, presenters will respond to typed-in Q&A questions as time allows.

Teams Live Sessions Thursday, May 14, 2020, beginning at 1: 00 p. m. • Questions submitted to the OSS elections department email box by May 12, 2020, will be responded to in categories. elections. dept@state. mn. us Subject: CONFERENCE QUESTION • Attendees may submit typed-in questions during this live session. • If attendees are logged in as “Anonymous” they will need to type in their name and county before typing their question.

Recorded Teams Live Sessions • Both Teams Live Sessions will be recorded as Mp 4 files. • Viewers of the recorded sessions will need access to SVRS (user documentation), speakers & a screen. • The recorded live sessions will be placed on the 2020 Training webpage some time after the date of the live session. • Powerpoints used in the live sessions will be made available shortly after the date of the live session on that training webpage.

Recorded Teams Live Sessions • The 2020 Training webpage will be accessed through SVRS user documentation (similar to the 2018 sessions). • They will be listed but not linked right away. • There will be other online training programs listed on this page as well.
